Our vision is to provide total M&E solution under one project management team. Sanmal(“The company”) was founded in 2016, a decision was made to establish different concept in order to address different facets of the industry.
Our design will be flexible with all other services. The other benefit that client will gain is the flexibility to change the design even while the project is in progress to minimize the cost, time and to achieve more productivity In addition to turnkey electrical solution we have now extended our services with HVAC, Steam, Air, Store racking systems with the collaboration of two other Sri Lankan companies.
We are capable to provide the most economical solution to the client with a design for any kind of a project.
Indika Sliva
Founder, CEO
Mr. Indika Silva is a Diploma holder of the University of Moratuwa and thereafter engaged in Project Management. He is a member of PMI (USA) and Associate Professional of Green Building Council of Sri Lanka. He was one team member of the first Green apparel manufacturing plant project in the world that was rated Platinum under US Green building council.
Brandix Eco Centre
The 130,000 square-foot Brandix Eco Centre, the Brandix Group’s lead manufacturing plant for Marks & Spencer, achieved a score of 76 on the 85-point LEED certification system, setting a global benchmark for low energy consumption, water conservation, solid waste management and low carbon emissions. It is the first apparel factory in the world to receive the Platinum rating, the highest standard in eco-friendly manufacture.

The director is an associate professional of Green building council of Sri Lanka and was a team member of Brandix Green factory project at Seeduwa Sri Lanka, which is the highest rated platinum certified green apparel manufacturing plant in the world under the LEED system.
